RFP 2025-003: Provision of Supplies and Materials

Micronesia Conservation Trust (MCT) invites proposals for Supplies and Materials, which may be supplied via a web-based platform or traditional procurement methods over the next three years. MCT intends to sign a non- exclusive long-term agreement (LTA) with the successful bidder for the supply, ordering, delivery, and related technical and logistical support in Chuuk State, Kosrae State and Pohnpei State, and Yap State, Federated States of Micronesia.

A prospective proposer who needs clarification on the solicitation documents may notify the MCT in writing by email to xluther@ourmicronesia.org and copy gnarruhn@rd.gov.fm, no later than the date and time specified in Annex 6. The subject line of the email MUST have the reference number and title of the RFP for example, RFP 2025-003 (1) for Chuuk State, RFP 2025-003 (2) for Pohnpei State and Kosrae State, RFP 2025-003 (3) for Yap State Provision of Supplies and Materials for the Micronesia Conservation Trust based on an LTA for 3 years. The MCT will respond in writing to any clarification requests received by the deadline listed in Annex 6. Copies of the MCT responses, which may contain information of common interest to all bidders (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source), will be posted on the MCT website and/or sent via email.

RRP-2025-002: Mid-Term Evaluation Consultant

The Micronesia Conservation Trust (MCT) is seeking to procure the services of an independent evaluator/evaluation team to design, plan and conduct an interim evaluation of the project during Year 4 of the 5-year project period, for the FSM project titled “Climate resilient food security for farming households across the Federated States of Micronesia”, which is funded through the Green Climate Fund (GCF). The MCT is seeking an evaluator/evaluation team capable of providing an independent and rigorous evaluation function, designing and implementing a framework which will assess the project along the GCF evaluation criteria and consistent with the GCF Evaluation Policy. The Terms of Reference (ToR) specify the details of the assignment and expected deliverables.

RFP 2025-001: Provision of farming supplies and materials

The Micronesia Conservation Trust (MCT) invites proposals for the provision of farming supplies and materials to be provided over the next three years for the FSM project titled “Climate resilient food security for farming households across the Federated States of Micronesia”. MCT intends to sign an agreement with the successful bidder for the provision of farming tools. The MCT is seeking a supplier capable of supplying farming tools through their web-based platform. Through this request for proposals (“RFP”), the MCT aims to contract a qualified, reputable, and experienced firm to deliver farming tools based on a Long-Term Agreement for 3 years. The terms of reference included in Annex 1 specify the details of the assignment and expected deliverables. Proposals must be submitted to the MCT no later than 29 October 2025 at 16:00 hrs (time) Pohnpei time.
